By joining as an 8X Volunteer, we will ask for contact and profile information. This information will allow us to find specialized and creative ways of using your skills and talents. We inquire about different aspects of who you are in an effort to make the best matches. Please note that educational levels and amounts of experience are not determining factors to your being an 8X Volunteer.

PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSUREIn consideration of your disclosure of certain personal information about yourself to 8X/ Gener8Xion in the Volunteer Information Form as an 8X Volunteer through the 8X website and prospective participation as an 8X Volunteer, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) you will not divulge any contact and/or profile information as provided by this Volunteer Engine (2) the information you submit on the Volunteer Information Form will be maintained and stored by 8X and Gener8Xion Entertainment, Inc., and shared with employees of 8X/Gener8Xion and 8X Key Volunteers, and (3) 8X/Gener8Xion has the unqualified right to reproduce, publish, circulate or otherwise use your name, likeness and any photographs, motion pictures or voice reproductions in which you may appear in the course of your Volunteer activities for purposes consistent with your Volunteer activities, and (4) you release 8X/Gener8Xion from any claims or causes of action which may arise from your participation as an 8X Volunteer, including, but not limited to, any further disclosure of your personal information which may be made by 8X Key Volunteers to third parties.
