Q1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Q2. What if the product is on back order?

Answer: We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock product(s), holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock product(s) first and the out-of-stock product(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Q3. Can I order more than one "Special Offer Package"at a time?

Answer: Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to order multiple copies for gifts. The store's shopping cart allows you to order as many "Special Offer Packages" as you would like. Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated based on the number of "Special Offer Package" you buy. Additional postage may also apply.

Q4. What is the maximum number of "Special Offer Package" I can order at one time?

Answer: There is no maximum limit to your order. Order as many as you like. We'll make more!

Q5. My package arrived damaged or incomplete. How do I replace it?

Answer: We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us via email at store@8x.com within 24 hours of receipt.

We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you Online Store credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. If you wish to have the damaged product replaced, we will reship a new item with a return authorization number, shipping label, and return instructions flyer. You will need to return the damaged goods in a mailing box that is in good condition or one that we supplied with the reshipment. You will have 21 days to return the damaged product or you will be charged for the replacement product.

Q6. Why do you need my other personal information?

Answer: We use your personal information to operate our store site and deliver the services you have requested. We also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Gener8Xion Entertainment and its affiliates. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Q7. How fast is my order processed?

Answer: Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Q8. What if my package is lost?

Answer: you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please feel If your order does not arrive by the estimated standard delivery time, it may be lost. If free to contact us by email us at store@8x.com.

Q9. My order hasn’t arrived yet. Can I track my order?

Answer: Please allow adequate time for your product to arrive based on your shipping options. If you do not receive your product within the expected delivery time free to contact us by clicking here.

Q10. What are your return policies?

Answer: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase anytime within 30 Days of your purchase date you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. 8X Store will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped.

All other returned items must be in original and resellable condition to receive a refund.

To receive a full refund for the purchase price:

1. Notify 8X Store at store@8x.com with the reason you will be returning the item(s).

2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original (or similar) shipping container.

3. To ensure a fast and accurate refund. Include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s).

4. Mail by U.S. Postal Service or UPS

5. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and according to your original payment method. Credit Card charges will be credited to the original Credit Card.

Q11. My DVD and or CD don't play. What do I do?

Answer: Contact us at store@8x.com. We will reship a replacement disc with a return authorization number, shipping label and return instructions flyer. Consumer will be asked to return damaged good in a mailing box that is in good condition or one that we supplied with the reshipment.

Q12. My credit card was charged more than once. What do I do?
