Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped within 48-72 hours from the time of purchase Monday thru Friday.
Ground delivery is approximately 7 days.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.
To receive a full refund for the purchase price:
- Notify 8X Store at store@8x.com with the reason you will be returning the item(s).
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original (or similar) shipping container.
- To ensure a fast and accurate refund. Include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s).

- Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and your Credit Card charges will be credited to the original Credit Card.
To return damaged or defective products please contact us at store@8x.com within 15 days of purchase and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement product.
